Automotive Resistors
Resistors spotted at high-voltage ignition load points will limit spurious high-frequency signals from being emitted or carried on transmission lines. Typical examples are spark plugs, distributor points, and coil leads. Moving contact within the distributor caps presents no problems or interference when a brush-type resistor is used.
