Hydro Dynamics, Inc. was founded in 1991 to research, develop, patent and license an innovative new technology called “ShockWave Power™” embodied in the ShockWave Power™ Reactor (SPR). The company is headquartered in Rome, Georgia where it operates all research and administrative activities. During the last ten years, the design of the SPR has been further refined and commercial applications have been identified and developed, and initial customer references built. Research continues on enhancements to the base technology as well as in new applications and industries. Industries Served Biodiesel: Increased biodiesel usage is being fueled by America’s need to be less dependent on foreign oil and new government regulations. The SPR speeds up the reaction time and can allow more than double the production rate compared to conventional technology while demonstrating significant increases in final product quality. Food Processing: Increased regulations insuring food purity demand better and safer ways to process food stuffs.
