Material

   Your choices are...

   Aluminum

A bluish silver-white malleable ductile light trivalent metallic element that has good electrical and thermal conductivity, high reflectivity, and resistance to oxidation.

   Brass / Bronze

Brass comes with good strength, excellent high temperature ductility and reasonable cold ductility, good conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance, good bearing properties and low magnetic permeability.

   Copper

Copper tubing may be cut and formed readily and is often used in gas or refrigerant applications.  Copper is a common reddish metallic element that is ductile and malleable and is one of the best conductors of heat and electricity.

   Hastelloy®

   Titanium

Titanium is a hard, lustrous, silvery, element that is relatively abundant in the Earth's crust.  It is known for its lightness, strength, and corrosion resistance.  For this reason it is used widely in the aerospace industry and the medical fields (e.g., replacement joints).  When alloyed with other metals, especially steel, it adds strength and oxidation resistance.

   Precious Metal

Metals of high material value such as silver, gold and platinum.

   Steel

A commercial iron that contains carbon in any amount up to about 1.7 percent as an essential alloying constituent. It is malleable when under suitable conditions, and is distinguished from cast iron by its malleability and lower carbon content.

   Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is chemical and corrosion resistant and can have relatively high-pressure ratings.

Performance Specifications

   Pressure Rating

Rated pressure is typically the short term burst pressure at 75° F.

Search Logic:      All matching products will have a value greater than or equal to the specified value.
   Maximum Vacuum (if applicable):

Maximum rated vacuum is most frequently given in inches or mm of mercury referenced below one standard atmosphere.

Search Logic:      All matching products will have a value greater than or equal to the specified value.
   Minimum Bend Radius

Minimum bend radius is based on acceptable tubing cross-section deformation.

Search Logic:      All matching products will have a value less than or equal to the specified value.
   Temperature Range

This is the full-required range of ambient operating temperature.

Search Logic:      User may specify either, both, or neither of the limits in a "From - To" range; when both are specified, matching products will cover entire range. Products returned as matches will meet all specified criteria.
Features

   Your choices are...

   Anti-static

Conductive or semi-conductive to prevent buildup of static electricity.

   Coiled / Spiral

Tubing is flexible and with long continuous runs.  Can either be coiled as if wrapped around a reel or in a coil format looking and acting like a spring.

   Corrugated

Contains corrugations or pleats convolutions to increase flexibility and capacity for compression and elongation.
