The New Surge Free 125M offers ideal protection for Cat.. B applications at branch panel when extensive diagnostics are not required but brute force surge protection is a #1 priority. Computers, sensitive business equipment and other high tech equipment are guarded from damage, errors and downtime resulting from external natural or man-made transients.

The Surge Free 125M offers 120,000 transient Amps, per phase, of surge protection, protecting all modes (L-N, L-G, L-L and N-G). It works by diverting excess transient currents away from sensitive equipment whenever the surge exceeds the clamping threshold. The unit automatically resets after a transient event. Protection redundancy provides backup protection in a fault situation. The unit is provided with on-board diagnostics that includes front panel and internal LEDs, dry contacts for remote status indication and attached connection cable.

The shunt-installed protector is housed in a rugged NEMA 12, 14 gauge steel enclosure with modular plug-in, pluck-out 40mm MOV dual protection modules for quick and easy field repair.
