The compact color area sensor SIMATIC MV220 is a complete sensing system for the automatic inspection of colored objects. It is optimally suited for use in rough industrial environments thanks to its IP65 degree of protection. Since the operation is so easy that no training is required, and the system is "trained" instead of programmed, even non-experts can start right away. The integration into plant automation is accomplished via digital inputs and outputs.
