Thermatool specializes in providing innovative and cost effective solutions to tube and pipe producers worldwide. With by far the largest installed base of more than 1,000 solid-state HF welders, Thermatool has over 50 years of experience in the continuous high-speed production of quality tube and pipe from 8mm to 24 inch in diameter.

Based upon proven MOSFET technology using a current-fed inverter (CFI) design, the Thermatool family of CFI solid-state welders are available in many standard power ranges from 50kW up to 1500kW.

Thermatool seam and full-body annealers are highly efficient and offer proven reliability to tube and pipe producers. Powered by rugged Inductotherm VIP series power supplies, systems are available from 300kW to 3MW for operation at either 1 or 3 kHz.

Thermatool is also well known for the high speed, precision shearing of tube with its highly acclaimed Alpha series high-speed Flying Shears, capable of cutting stainless steel and high tensile materials with up to 5mm wall thickness.
