The Oilgear Company announces a new "Proportional (Electronic) Pressure Control" for its line of PVM medium-duty axial piston hydraulic pumps. The new control provides the user of the "PVM Pump Line" with an inexpensive proportional pressure compensating control with pressure cutoff for limiting maximum pressures. The control is available in either 12 VDC or 24 VDC, normally open or normally closed and offers an option for an integral connector amplifier.

Typical operating parameters are:

• 350 psi – 3,000 psi proportional pressure control
• 600 psi – 3,250 psi maximum pressure cutoff setting
• 100 psi hysteresis in open loop operation
• 5 psi hysteresis in closed loop operation
